Who we are
The La Mesa Senior Softball Association operates lamesaseniorsoftball.com. You can reach us at lamesaseniorsoftball@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you register as a league member we collect your name, email address, phone number and a profile photo. An administrator assigns your team and division. This information is used only to run the league: managing rosters, scheduling and contacting players. Your name, team, contact details and photo appear on the members-only roster, which is visible only to approved league members and administrators.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where information is stored
Member records are stored on this website. The members-only roster is kept in a Google Sheet that is displayed on the site to approved members. Email notifications are sent through Gmail.
League Photos album
The league maintains a Google Photos album of stock photographs from Pixabay, added automatically by a small tool run by the league. This tool only uploads stock images to the league’s own album. It does not read, collect or store any personal data from website visitors or members.
Removing your information
You may ask us to correct or delete your member record at any time by emailing lamesaseniorsoftball@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
